THE ORIGINAL CONCEPT
SCROLL
Image
Totale©

Whether in a book, newspaper, magazine, painting or screen, the image is always a prisoner, enclosed within a frame. Readers and viewers are looking at an imaginary world held captive by small, rigid structures.

The real world, which is everywhere, with the sky, the ground, its play of light and shadow, is Image Totale©” explains Albert Plecy. Annabelle Mauger and Julien Baron perpetuate and sublimate this French know-how, which was created in 1977. Their artistic and technical expertise adds a new dimension to the Image Totale© concept.

The challenge of Image Totale© is to free the image from its frame. In this way, the image's integrity is respected and emotions are amplified. Annabelle Mauger explains that freeing the image also means freeing the viewer: “Every visitor has the right to wander, for as long as they like, in every nook and cranny of each immersive exhibition, to truly feel free of any constraints.” The viewer is no longer passive, but becomes part of the image and interacts with it. Image Totale© offers a unique experience, enveloping the viewer and placing them at the heart of the image.
